Statement regarding COVID-19 preparedness

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) understanding how it affects our employees, customers and partners, and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations. Through all of this, LLP Group is committed to ensuring service continuity to its partners and clients.

The safety and well-being of our customers and employees is always our top priority. We understand that the rapidly evolving situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) can be unsettling, with new information being released daily. We are closely monitoring these real-time developments and relying on the expert at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) for guidance. As a result, we have taken several actions to ensure we are keeping everyone’s well-being top of mind. You have our personal commitment that we are doing our utmost to protect our team internally and those who may be on site at your location. We will continue to ensure that you have uninterrupted access to our consultants and world class services and support.

We have taken the following steps to better serve you:

  • We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home and following self-quarantine protocols if they feel sick.
  • Per CDC recommendations, we will ask employees who have traveled to coronavirus-related risk locations or have been exposed to others who have traveled to such locations to self-quarantine for 14 days and work remotely from home.
  • We have imposed a travel ban on all non-essential travel and will continue to monitor the situation closely.
  • We have canceled any internal group conferences and or meetings.

We are well positioned to support our customers with our home-based workforce. We welcome the opportunity to discuss with you how your teams can properly access your supported software remotely. Please do not forget to contact your hosting or cloud service providers to ensure they are also prepared to support your requirements.

Please do not hesitate to contact your LLP Group account manager or project lead with any questions. Together we can ensure a proper level of safety for all while helping to minimize business disruption.
