LLP Group is an international software services group founded in 1992 in the Czech Republic with offices in Western, Central, and Eastern Europe, North America, and Latin America. Using a combination of analysis, imagination, intelligence, experience, and industry-specific knowledge, we provide software consulting, software development, ERP implementation and business process consulting to clients around the world.

Tim Smulders
Chief Executive Officer, LLP Group
Tim Smulders began his career as a SunSystems consultant in 1998, managing multiple international projects for global customers in many different sectors. This experience enabled Tim to move into sales and management, and, in 2008, led to the creation of LLP Luxembourg. Since then Tim has managed LLP Group in Western Europe and also overseen operations in Mexico. In January 2025, Tim became the CEO of LLP Group.
Jiří Štiller
Chief Operating Officer, LLP Group
Jiří Štiller joined LLP in 1995 as a Consultant in Prague. In 2006 he was appointed Managing Director of LLP Czech Republic and since 2011 he has also managed LLP Group offices in Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria. Jiří has extensive experience of ERP and CRM implementations across many industry sectors and multiple European countries. Jiří has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2011 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) in January 2025.
Barbara Dreska
LLP North America – President
Barbara Dreska joined LLP in 1995, in Prague. Barbara has focused on acquiring and managing multinational customers, as well as supervising implementation projects regionally and globally. After 27 years in Europe, Barbara established the North American office.
Luis Mariel
LLP Mexico Managing Director
Luis Mariel managed LLP Group’s start-up in Mexico in 2009 and is responsible for the company’s operations and all professional services related to EAM (Enterprise Asset Management). Luis studied Cybernetics and Computer Sciences. Prior to LLP Group he worked as Professional Services Manager in the North Latin-America Region at Datastream, managing projects in the region, from Mexico to Venezuela and the Caribbean.
