The hotel is owned by WIC Prague a.s. and managed by Accor under the Fairmont brand. For the reopening, LLP Group has worked with WIC Prague to enhance advanced financial reporting, implemented expenses OCR automation tracking, and invoice approval workflows through the forms@work solution.

“Implementing Infor SunSystems 6.4 at Fairmont Golden Prague is an essential step in ensuring our financial operations are both streamlined and future-proof. LLP Group’s expertise has been instrumental in adapting the system to our needs, providing a strong foundation for the hotel’s financial management,” commented Dietmar Trimmel, Director – CFO at WIC Prague a.s.

System Integration and Hosting

The financial system Infor SunSystems has been seamlessly integrated with other essential operational platforms such as Opera (hotel management system) and Adaco (inventory and procurement system for food and supplies).

Additionally, SunSystems 6.4 is hosted in a secure T-Mobile data centre, providing reliable infrastructure and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

In the next phase, LLP Group will implement the fixed assets module, further enhancing financial oversight and operational efficiency.
