LLP Group, a leading business software consultancy and reseller specializing in financial management and enterprise asset management solutions, and Elazur, a French and Switzerland-based expert in EAM/CMMS solution integration, today announce their merger. This new organization brings together deep maintenance and asset management expertise, a strong portfolio of EAM and CMMS solutions, and a dedicated digital academy designed to develop skills, share best practices, and support long-term operational excellence. It is further strengthened by proprietary solutions such as ePlanner, enabling advanced planning and scheduling optimization, and eZyPark, a centralized data hub for parking and mobility assets.

Together, these capabilities enable LLP Group to deliver end-to-end, value-driven solutions dedicated to supporting organizations in their most complex asset management and maintenance transformation challenges.

Forming an Excellence Hub

This merger is driven by a shared ambition: to provide elite consultancy, based above all on expertise in maintenance, combining an international reach with cutting-edge expertise for the EAM business.

With more than 30 years of success in implementing ERP and Asset Management solutions around the world, LLP Group is strengthening its footprint in the French and Swiss market through this transaction. Simultaneously, Elazur brings its recognized expertise in business process optimization and its strong vision for the world of maintenance, further consolidating the Group’s leadership in high-value-added services.

This transaction enables both organizations to significantly increase their operational capabilities in both their EAM/CMMS and financial management activities.
