CONCORDIA Romania relies on financial solution Infor SunSystems to manage the entire finance and reporting processes, including budgeting. CONCORDIA has complex requirements and needs for detailed and flexible reporting to all of its donors, financial institutions, partners and authorities, as well as to CONCORDIA International.
The reason for implementing the SunSystems solution was to easily deal with detailed needs for trial balance by donors, complex budget checking, and other requests to cover multiple accounting needs for both local authorities and corporate standards. The implementation also helped to resolve double entry workload; it removed data storage in large Excel spreadsheets, and CONCORDIA now has all in one system in one database.

LLP Group implemented SunSystems version 6.4 (Accounting module & Fixed Assets) together with BI tool Infor Q&A and LLP’s Bank Payment System which handles the generation of payments and automates the reconciliation of bank statements. Today’s LLP continues to support CONCORDIA with the more complex forecasting and budgeting reports.
