Genesis Growth has acquired a majority stake in LLP Group, a leading business software consultancy and reseller specializing in financial management and enterprise asset management solutions
Genesis Growth Equity Fund I (GGEF I), a private equity fund focused on investments in small and medium-sized companies with high growth potential in the CEE, has successfully completed the acquisition of a majority stake in LLP Group.
LLP Group is a leading software solution provider to international businesses in Europe with a footprint also in North America, reselling and implementing Infor SunSystems financial management software, HxGN EAM, an enterprise asset management suite as well as systems@work’s professional services automation and expense management software. Over more than 30 years LLP Group has worked with dozens of multinational companies, servicing their needs in more than 90 countries, handling a range of local conditions and complexities during project implementation and, where necessary, developing additional solutions.
The current owners of LLP Group have decided to find a strong financial partner to enable the company’s further growth. Adam Bager, founder and majority owner of LLP Group, will retire from the company to pursue other interests. The remaining three shareholders will retain a minority stake in LLP Group and will continue to be actively involved in managing the company. Tim Smulders will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer.
