LLP CRM and Logic point announce merger
February 2016 - Prague, 24th February 2016. LLP CRM and Logic point, the Czech Republic’s two most prominent CRM consultancies, are pleased to announce their intention to merge, with LLP CRM acquiring 80% of Logic point. LLP CRM, a subsidiary of LLP Group and Logic point provide consulting and development services around Microsoft Dynamics CRM and are the two most experienced and largest companies in this field in the Czech Republic. Logic point was established in 2009 in Prague, LLP CRM, in Prague, in 2007. Combined revenues exceed 3 Million EUR and combined staff will exceed 45.
The transaction is expected to be completed within four months, but close operational cooperation on projects will begin immediately.
