LLP North America, Inc. is seeking an EAM Jr. Solutions Consultant to join our company. Our Team has broad experience implementing Infor EAM software for a variety of sectors with a current focus on Logistics/Fleet management. Additional services we provide include implementing supporting software applications related to asset management, user training, support desk, data cleansing and program management. Location: Candidate will work in a remote capacity with travel expected between 50-75% (travel is currently restricted due to Covid-19)
The Jr. Solutions Consultant position is responsible for providing functional and technical consulting services to clients under instruction of senior team members.
Duties will include:
Achieving Infor EAM certification within the first three months
Engaging with clients as part of the implementation team to understand their objectives and to then configure the system to meet those objectives using best practices
Providing pre-sales support including system demonstrations and proposal preparation
Providing client training, data preparation and cleansing, documentation software deployment and unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Working under the direction of senior members of the LLP Project team to deliver tasks assigned accurately and in accordance with the defined and assigned timetable
Leading client training sessions and providing other-end user services as may be required
Developing in-depth knowledge of the Infor product suite, operating platform, and supporting technologies
Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and providing support for clients including resolution of questions or issues regarding the EAM solution

Three to five years experience in facilities management, fleet management, engineering, manufacturing, and/or maintenance processes
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Business level competency or native fluency in English, both written and verbal
Experience working on technical or maintenance improvement projects
Degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or other technical related field is an advantage
Business level or native fluency in French is an advantage
