Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative is responsible for increasing the company’s revenues by achieving profitable sales and continuously developing a high number of new growth-oriented customers. You’ll be a key part of the sales organization by driving the preliminary stages of the sales cycle to develop qualified sales opportunities.

What you’ll do:
Use phone based cold calling to gain and develop new potential customers
Respond to and develop marketing leads into qualified sales meetings
Call on predefined customer lists to generate new sales pipeline opportunities and follow up on new leads and opportunities
Partner with sales and marketing to identify ongoing goals and needs and work to structure regionalized structures to capitalize on opportunities
Maintain a timeline of all customer related activities using our CRM online system and nurture the CRM database according to sales strategies to qualify prospects and initiate a warm hand off
Leverage and expand bot account and contact base including networking within as well as researching companies and organizations to develop additional leads for prospective clients
Prepare RFQ responses for customers working closely with sales and marketing to estimate profitable future business

Experience with SaaS products or services, enterprise asset management solutions, financial management solutions, or related products
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to create
Ability to create and maintain long-lasting client relationships
Proven ability to work as part of a sales team
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects using outstanding organizational skills
Eagerness to take initiative in learning and developing advanced product knowledge
Business level competency or native fluency in English, both written and verbal
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
Previous outbound telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience selling a complex SaaS / Cloud solution.
1 – 3 years or equivalent experience in a co-op, internship, or other work environment
Business level or native fluency in a European language is an advantage
