Our company particularly required from our new solution the ability to monitor all customer activities, accurate administration, easy updating of data and contacts, a high quality and simple tool for the preparation of marketing campaigns, easy reports creation and incorporation of the helpdesk and service activities. LLP Czech Republic convinced us especially with the comprehensiveness of their solution, and further with the system flexibility, the ability to make significant modifications and last but not least, with the professional team.
