Help Desk - Hot Line
If you have a current maintenance contract with LLP then you are entitled to Help Desk support for our software products (Infor FMS SunSystems, MS Dynamics NAV, MS Dynamics AX, time@work, expense@work, Pivotal, Fourth Shift, etc.) from any LLP office during working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
The Help Desk is used for the resolution of errors and help in interpreting manuals. It is not intended as a consulting service for the further development of your system, nor as means of user training over the phone, technical problems related to network or operating system or answering the questions not related to our products or installation procedures. In these cases we will arrange a consultancy, training or visit of our technical staff.
